Membership and marketplace terms (summary)

Service credit. Monthly credit is issued on each renewal and expires 90 days after issue. Oldest credit is spent first. Credit is redeemable only for services booked through Auto Detailing Club with participating providers and has no cash value.

Cancellations. Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment for a full refund, including restored credit. Inside 24 hours the provider's stated cancellation fee applies. If a provider cancels, you receive a full refund.

Payments. Auto Detailing Club processes payment at booking (instant book) or on acceptance (request to book). Tips go entirely to the provider. Providers receive the service amount minus the marketplace fee.

Reviews. Only completed ADC bookings can be reviewed. Providers may respond publicly.

Disputes. Open a dispute from the booking within 7 days of completion. ADC support may issue partial or full refunds.
